On 5th Feb 2011 Mr.Adiama who is the LC5 Wera subcounty and a brother to Hon. Ecweru as well as his campaign manager went to Alakaituk trading center threatening people who are supporting opposition saying that him, Abibu (the GISO)of Wera and Hon. Ecweru are the only people who can disorganize and organize Uganda. He also proceeded to the home of Abibu the GISO of Wera sub-county and commanded that posters of opposition party members be torn out which his people did immediately. He further took beans and distributed to the women in Aten village. He also told people that the names of those who don't want to vote Hon.Ecweru and president Yoweri K. Museveni had been brought and they would know how to deal with them after election.
